Black cumin seeds to ease breathing problems

Warm water and apple cidar vinger for sinus infection
In a glass of warm water, add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and drink it. Carry on with this treatment for 2-3 times a day.
Vegetable jucies for sinus infection
Drinking a mixture of carrot, beet, cucumber and spinach juices is good for you.. Mix 100ml of cucumber and beet juice to 300ml of carrot juice and drink to get best results.
Eucalyptus oil for sinus infection
Add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to hot water and inhale the steam.for 10-15 minutes; this drains out the mucous from the nasal passages.
Drink hot soup for treating sinus infection
Drinking hot soup with a few pieces of garlic is an effective sinusitis home remedy.
Fenugreek seeds for sinus treatment
You can take the help of fenugreek seeds for the treatment of sinus. Boil a teaspoon of these seeds in about 250 ml of water till it reduces to half. Consume four cups of it in order to get relief from severe fever due to sinus as it makes you perspire and removes the toxic substances the body.
