He told MailOnline that he’s had four ribs removed in order to make his blazers fit him properly.

And Human Ken Doll Rodrigo Alves, 34, was pictured showing off his 20 inch waist while walking through the streets of New York City on Friday.

Slipping into the corset which he reportedly ‘sleeps in’, the cosmetic surgery fan looked bright in a yellow suit after being interviewed for Daily Mail TV.

In an interview on This Morning earlier this week, Rodrigo posed proudly with his old ribs in a glass jar while preparing backstage.

But the Brazil native revealed to MailOnline that he couldn’t take his removed ribs with him to New York because it would be impossible to get them through customs.

That didn’t stop him from showing off his slimmer figure as he stepped out though, and the star paired his canary yellow ensemble with a white ruffle shirt and a black fur coat.

He completed the look with a pair of black loafers, and carried a small red bag in one hand as he brushed back his newly dyed blonde hair.

Talking to his 539,000 followers on Instagram, Rodrigo also explained that he has to wear the corset morning, noon and night because of his recent surgery.

He said that his waist will only keep getting smaller as the recovery process continues.

The star also visited Cartier to pick up his watch which had broken while on his plane journey and he even picked up a new timepiece while he was there, as well.

He later headed to TAO nightclub with friends where he partied the night away until the earlier hours.

In the recent interview on This Morning, Rodrigo revealed that his rib-removal surgical procedure is the 60th he’s had in order to hone his look.

He said: ‘I have had to do this so I don’t have to get my blazers refitted as they were all too tight. Now they all fit again and my tailor will be out of a job.

‘I always put my outfits on social media like you Holly [Willoughby] and now I have nearly a 20 inch waist, so I am very happy.’

Talking about the rib removal, which was performed in LA by Dr Michael K. Obeng, Roddy said that he was careful to make sure his operation was as safe as possible.

He said: ‘It can be dangerous for your organs. I had the 11th and 12th ribs removed and there is not much use for them. They did not cut too close to the spine.’

‘I visited three different doctors, had all my tests and exams done. I had wanted six ribs to be removed but they could only do four, but I am very happy.’

He continued: ‘It is not a very normal procedure I am the only man in the world to have had it done. It’s big in Hollywood, but people don’t talk about it openly like me.’

Gender-fluid Rodrigo was keen to dispel any idea that he was not in control of his actions and says he’s happy to be different to other people.

He said: ‘It’s been a very long journey. I like the way I look, I like to stand out, I don’t do it to look normal.

‘I have had 10 nose jobs my nose reconstructed using my rib. I can breathe better but it’s still not perfect,’ he said.

But he explained that it’s important to think carefully about getting surgery: ‘I always say do your research – I have made my mistakes, I was very young when I started it. Talk to your family.

‘I do not encourage others to do this but I am very happy. This has changed my life from water to wine.

‘My advice is don’t do what I have done. I didn’t need 60 [surgeries], I might have only needed 10.’
